Vundara Kyvarel - Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Vundara Kyvarel (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) collects, uses, and protects user information.
1. Information Collection
The App does not collect any personal information from users. All app data is stored locally on the user’s device only and is not uploaded to any server.
The App reads your device’s motion sensors while it is open so a piece can turn as you tilt the device. These readings are used on the spot and are never stored or sent anywhere.
If you choose to share a picture of a piece and pick “Save Image” in the iOS share sheet, the operating system asks for permission to add that picture to your photos. This is add-only access: the App never reads, scans, or uploads your existing photos, and you can decline the request and keep using the App.
2. Data Use
The App uses data stored locally on the device only for the following purposes:
- For display within the App only
- To save data that users actively create or set within the App
- To provide local features related to the App
3. Data Storage
All data is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to any external server.
4. User Rights
Users can manage local data at any time in the following ways:
- Return all settings to their defaults with “Reset to defaults” in the App’s settings
- Uninstall the App to delete all related data, including which pieces you have opened
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party services, does not integrate any advertising or analytics networks, and does not require an account or an internet connection.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for users of all ages and does not collect any personal information from children.
7. Privacy Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page and users will be notified when the App is updated.
